Welcome to my commission page~ I have a passion for making portraits and creating stylized characters! Over here there's all you need to know about how to commission a piece from me.How It Works
Request An Art piece:
Send me a detailed description of your request/project, including reference images, character descriptions and any specific ideas you have via email ([email protected]). I will then review and get back to you.Confirm and Payment:
Once the details have been confirmed, I will provide a quote then you can order the commission through Ko-FiReview Process:
You’ll receive updates at key stages (sketch and colour blocking) to ensure everything aligns with your vision.Completion & Delivery:
After the artwork is done, I’ll send you the high-resolution digital file via email.Pricing
These are for my stylized artworks, you can provide me with a wide range of reference photos, descriptions, Pinterest boards, etc. that convey your mental image in detail.

With the semi-realism portrait commission type, you can provide me with a photo of a portrait (which shows a maximum of 2 people).

A 100% deposit is required upfront.
Refunds are only available if I have not started the commission or if I cannot complete it.Revisions
Two minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage at no extra cost.
Additional revisions or major changes may require an extra fee.Copyright & Usage
I retain full copyright ownership of all commissioned artwork.
Clients may not use the artwork for commercial purposes unless they have paid for a commercial license.
The artwork cannot be resold, used for NFTs, AI training, or unauthorized reproduction.Turnaround Time

Terms Of Service
General TermsBy commissioning me (referred to as "the Artist"), you (referred to as "the Client") agree to these Terms of Service.I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
All communication regarding commissions will take place via email.These Terms of Service may be updated at any time, and the latest version will apply to future commissions.
Payment TermsPayments are to be made via Ko-Fi. A quote will be provided before payment, and the Client then selects the correct commission listing on the Ko-Fi website, including the commercial tier they would like to add (which will be stated in the quote, as well).The Artist will not start the artwork until full payment has been received.
Artwork Specifications & RevisionsCommission details (portrait type, character description, etc.) will be agreed upon before work begins.Two free revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.Minor adjustments (such as colour tweaks) are allowed later, but major changes after the sketch phase may incur an extra fee.Additional or significant changes requested after the sketch phase will be subject to a revision fee that depends on the size, time, and effort of the change.
Delivery & Turnaround TimeCommissions are typically completed within:
- Realistic Portraits: Up to 1 month (due to high detail).
- Stylized Characters: 2 weeks for full-body pieces.The final high-resolution files will be sent via email.Clients are responsible for saving the artwork upon delivery.
Copyright & Commercial UseI retain full copyright of the artwork. The Client is not permitted to edit, trace, or resell the commissioned piece without proper licensing.Personal Use (No extra fee): The Client may share the artwork online (with credit), print it for personal display, or use it as an avatar/banner.Commercial Use (Additional Fee Required):
Tier 1 - Promotional & Limited Commercial Use (+50% base price): For book covers, branding, and small-scale promotional materials.
Tier 2 - Full Commercial Use (2x base price): For mass production, merchandise, and large-scale advertising.
Refund & Cancellation PolicyThe Client may cancel the commission at any time. The refund policy is as follows:Before work begins → Full refund of the deposit.After work begins but before completion → If less than 50% of the work has been completed, the Client will receive a 25% refund of the total price. If more than 50% has been completed, no refund will be issued.After completion → No refunds.
If I need to cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Deadlines & Late DeliveryIf the commission exceeds the deadline by more than 7 days, you are entitled to a 10% discount.If the delay exceeds 14 days, you may request a 20% discount or a full refund of the deposit.If delayed for 21+ days, you may cancel the commission and receive a full refund.
Client ResponsibilitiesYou must provide clear communication and references for your commission.Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback may delay the completion of the artwork.
AgreementBy commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.Any modifications to this agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
